This game also reminds of Bird Hunter 2003 wild wings edition, man so many classics. Trophy hunting 5, Trophy hunter 2003, Deer hunt challenge (very old school), deer hunter 2005 on & on.
I absolutely love these videos man, takes me right back. Idk how you play or find these games, but I'm thankful you do cause it brings back so many great memories with my cousins & good family times back then! Love it & thank you Brother!

23.03.2023I remember playing this game! Wait… that was a long time ago? I am glad the graphics improved over the years. At that time, it was pretty much the cherry on the Sunday in terms of technology. I think i was running the game on a Hewlett-Packard pavilion that could barely run Windows… lol 😆

19.03.2023I been playing this on my PS4 for over a month. I have yet to see anything with a Diamond TR. I have done what you said to show up an hour or more later and I find animals but no Diamonds. I haven't even seen any showing TR# in a Diamonds class only Golds & Silvers.

19.03.2023Wow, I'm not the only person who also thinks this is the best deer hunting game of all time, from the golden age of hunting games. Unless I missed it, I don't think you mentioned a very unique feature of this game. You can play multiplayer, but you can choose to be a DEER! That's right, cops and robbers, hunting style. I had all of the Deer Hunter games, and the other spin offs like the Bird Hunters. I think Deer Hunter 4 is the best of them. I still have the disc. A few years back I wanted to play it again, but I can't get it to play. I even went so far as to locating an old computer from when Windows XP was new, and it would not play the game well. Looking at the case, it required a now defunct graphics card. I don't have the case in front of me right now. What were you using for a computer to run this in the video?

Great video. This game was to me, the most realistic hunting game ever made. The graphics weren't great, even then, but the game features and the maps with corn and farms really captured the feel of real hunting.
