25.08.2023I don't really care about trophies as much as I used to. But my uncle is obsessed with them. He finally tied up with me in platnums and is rubbing it in my face. Sooo……. $15 for 5+ trophies. Just so I can stay ahead 😆. And yes I would love to see a 1 hr platnum run. I'll probably follow so I can stay ahead for awhile

24.08.2023Platinums compared to the PS3 days (as he even mentioned) the easiest taking at least 4 hrs has really diminished the value (or pride) of obtaining platinums.. for me anyway. When you can now rubber band your controller and walk away and still obtain a platinum, it's difficult for me to have much admiration for an account who has hundreds of platinums and all are fast-plats. It's the Gold Medals of Special Olympics vs an acual Olympics Gold Medal.
I have a purple heart for sustaining 5 gunshot wounds during combat. If they gave that same Purple Heart to someone for receiving a scratch from a thorn-bush, I would feel the same way. I can understand a few easy platinums to pad the count a bit, or even because it's refreshing to play a lighthearted or easy game occasionally. Though today a person can have over a thousand platinums, and have obtained all of them in 1 to 60 minutes each. That's fine if that's what you enjoy and it makes you feel good, fantastic. I would NEVER stand in the way of someone's enjoyment. Though when I hear those same people brag and even gloat for having more platinums then someone who has platinums in games like Dark Souls, Nioh, etc. Or look for praise in the PS Activities (60 people saying "Great work" or "Congrats" for holding a single button down) The most common defense I hear from them is "A platinum is a platinum". Well, not anymore it isn't.
This is just one persons opinion and does not reflect the opinion of others or the uploader of this video. I'm sure this will spawn some hate, though I also believe there are many who feel similarly. Hey, just enjoy what you do, what you game, and the platinums you obtain. it's the bragging that gets me SMH.

22.08.2023A couple of easy to get trophies in games for PS5 is Charlie The Roach and Dungeons Of The Deep. They both have plenty of Gold trophies and both contain a Platinum as well. Will take about 12 hours to Platinum both.

21.08.2023Just a heads up for everyone who sees this, both Bowling games have been changed, so now for the catching one you need to catch 50 bowling balls in a row and for the regular bowling one you must hit every pin in a row. It’s still really easy though. I got both in maybe 10-20 mins.
